Damages / Defects

Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Claims must be reported immediately to Goodnight Green at (800) 489-1904 or submitted by email to service@goodnightgreen.com. A minimum of 3 digital photos of damaged products must accompany claim. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed. Please keep all damaged packaging materials including the box which the shipment arrived in along with all inside contents. Please understand that packaging materials must be kept in the event that an item is damaged. If packaging materials are not kept Goodnight Green cannot process a damage claim.
